Eligibility

Membership is open to all Ruchi Vihar Residents/Land & Plot owners, after verifying ownership documents by document verification committee.

Membership Fees

• Admission Fee: ₹5,000 (one‑time)
• Subscription: ₹500/month or ₹6,000/year
• Lifelong Membership: ₹1,00,000 (transferable to legal heir)

Termination Rules

• Death or insanity
• Non‑payment of subscription for 3+ months
• Written resignation
• Absence from 3 consecutive meetings without intimation
• Non‑compliance with RWA guidelines

Re- Admission

Possible upon clearing dues, subject to Governing Body approval.

Document Required to Attach with form

Before proceeding to membership form, kinldy present with soft copy of these doccument:

1. Mandatory Documents
   1. Aadhaar No. Card (front and back side both in a picture or pdf)
   2. Pan Card
   3. Passport size photo
   4. Registry Land Detail (Provide first two pages of registry document in one pdf where seller and buyer details along with plot details are available)
   5. Membership Fee Payment Slip
2. Other documents if neccessary
   1. Current GPA (General Power Authority)
   2. Chain of GPA (in cronical order)
