The registered office of the society is situated in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. At present it is located - at "Plot in Kh. No. 1447, G/F, Left Portion, Village Rangpuri, Near Ruchi Vihar, New Delhi- 110037"

Aims & Objectives

To Promote Welfare of Residents

To work for the overall welfare, development, and common interests of all residents and house / plot owners in the society Ruchi Vihar (Rangpuri Phari) New Delhi -37 is located in the vicinity of Rangpuri alias Malikpur Kohi.

Demarcation of Plots (with PM-UDAY reference)

To coordinate with concerned authorities (DDA), of Ruchi Vihar, Rangpuri Pahari, colony which has been in existence since 1991, is duly listed in the Unauthorise Colonies List at Serial No. 1501 with Registration No. 1520.

To Prevent Unjust Government Acquisition

To safeguard the rights of plot owners and prevent unauthorized or unfair acquisition of land by government or private bodies by maintaining proper legal documentation, raising collective representations, and pursuing legal remedies if required

Infrastructure Development

To liaise with local authorities (MCD, DJB, IGL, DSIDC,) for the development and maintenance of infrastructure like roads, IGL Gas, DJB Drainage System, DJB Water supply, BSES Electricity Supply, MCD Street Lighting, parks, Solid Waste Management and other public utilities as per the need of resident of society.

Construction of Boundary Wall

To ensure the construction and regular maintenance of a boundary wall around the colony to safeguard against encroachments, enhance security, and define the area of the RWA clearly as gated colony.

Security and Safety

To arrange for security services, promote safety awareness, and implement security measures in coordination with residents and local police stations.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

To ensure cleanliness and sanitation in common areas, and to organize regular cleanliness and waste management drives within the locality in association with MCD.

Legal Representation

To represent the interests of residents in dealings with government departments, development authorities, and other institutions on matters affecting the locality. This includes filing petitions, submitting objections, and attending hearings where required.

Dispute Resolution

To resolve disputes among residents or between residents and external parties through mutual understanding, mediation, or legal channels as needed.

Community Building

To foster community harmony and spirit by organizing cultural, religious, and social programs for the overall well-being and unity of all members.

Promote Green and Sustainable Living

To encourage and implement environment-friendly initiatives such as tree plantations, solar energy usage, rooftop solar systems, solar street lights, rainwater harvesting, decentralized sewerage treatment system, solid waste management & segregation.

Setting up of Society Club

To set up Society Club for organizing cultural, religious, and social programs for the overall well-being, health center, elder care center, and community club for unity of all members.

Planned Development

To explore and collaborate with potential real estate project developer entities for well planned development of the area.

RULES & REGULATIONS OF A SOCIETY

1. MEMBERSHIP

The membership of the society is open to any person of repute & good conduct who has attained the age of maturity and fulfills the terms & conditions of the society without discrimination of religion, caste, colour or creed but subject to the approval of the Governing Body. If the membership is refused to a certain person or persons, the reason for refusal shall be communicated to the person concerned.

2. SUBSCRIPTION

  1. Admission fee Rs. 5000 at the time of admission.
  2. Subscription Rs. 500 per month or Rs. 6000 per annum
  3. Lifelong membership fee (Transferable to Legal Hair) fee Rs. 100000.

3. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Governing Body shall have the power to expel a member from the society on the following terms & conditions:-

  1. On his/her death or insanity;
  2. Non-payment of subscription continuously for more than three months or year (as the case may be from due date);
  3. On his/her written resignation; and
  4. If he /she has not attended three consecutive meetings of the general body without any intimation.

4. APPEALS

All the appeals should be referred to the Governing Body. The decision of the Governing Body shall be final. The reasons for rejection shall be communicated to the person concerned.

5. RE-ADMISSION

In case a member is expelled by the Governing Body, the same can be re-admitted provided the member pays up all the dues to the society. However, the decision of the Governing Body shall be final.

6. GENERAL BODY OF THE SOCIETY

There shall be a General Body of the society consisting of all the members. The meeting of the General Body shall be held at least once every year with 2/3** quorum. An emergent meeting of the General Body may also be summoned on the written request of 3/4* members, with 15 days prior notice for such meetings. The notice period of the general meeting of the General Body shall be 15 days.

7. GOVERNING BODY

The management of the affairs of the society shall vest in the Governing Body consisting of the following:-
